3. Data Processing – Accessing our Website
In connection with access to our website, data that could allow identification (e.g. IP address) are temporarily stored on our servers for data and system security purposes.

Our webshop (operated in cooperation with München Ticket GmbH), uses Amazon CloudFront, a Content Delivery Network from Amazon Web Services Inc., USA. Amazon Cloudfront is used by München Ticket to provide basic webshop functionalities (e.g., shopping cart functions). CloudFront also optimizes the security of the delivery of digital content. 4.2 Technically unnecessary Cookies
Provided you have given your consent in our consent management tool, this website also uses cookies that are not technically necessary. Their purpose is to analyze visitor data or to enable additional functionalities (such as displaying embedded videos) (Legal basis: Consent – Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

4.2.1 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., to analyze visitor data. 4.2.2 AT Internet Smart Tag
AT Internet Smart Tag is a web analytics service from AT Internet that helps us to understand the use of our website and improve its usability by collecting statistical data about user behavior. Anonymized data – such as your (shortened) IP address, browser information, and visited pages are collected. Identification of individuals is not possible due to anonymization. The maximum storage period for this data is 6 months.

4.2.3 YouTube Cast SDK
The YouTube Cast SDK from Google Ireland Limited enables playback of YouTube videos and their transmission to Cast-enabled devices (e.g., Chromecast). If you use this function, Google and/or we may collect data such as your IP address, device information, usage data and location information.

4.3 Cross-Domain-Consent
To provide a consistent user experience across multiple online services and to synchronize your consent settings across multiple domains, we also use a consent management tool for cross-domain consent.

5.2 Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data to be able to contact you for advice/information, to handle the purchase and payment of tickets, and to send you the purchased tickets (Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

5.3 Duration of Storage
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer needed, unless they must be kept for a longer period due to legal requirements.


6. Payments

7. Customer-Relationship-Management (CRM)
Our CRM system is used for management and maintenance of customer relationships. A corresponding data processing agreement was concluded with our service provider Wilken/starmate solutions GmbH.

7.2 Purpose and Legal Basis
The purpose of the CRM is the collection, storage, and processing of customer data to optimize our business processes, including sales, marketing, and customer service (Legal bases: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b, legitimate interest in optimizing customer relationships – Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f, or if necessary, e.g., for receiving marketing information, your consent – Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

7.3 Duration of Storage
Business data is stored for 6 to 10 years in accordance to commercial and tax regulations. Contact and communication data are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the original purpose. Data processed based on consent are deleted as soon as the consent is revoked (if there is no other retention obligation).

To provide our services, your data is generally transmitted to the respective event organizer for whose event you have purchased tickets, as well as to third parties, insofar as this is necessary for the fulfillment of contracts (e.g., to logistics service providers for ticket shipping) or if you have given us corresponding consent.
